Her birthday isn't until Tuesday, but Miley held her 18th birthday party last night (Nov 21st) after the AMA's in LA.
Sources from inside the club tell X17 that Miley, dressed in leather bikini top, was getting "hot and heavy" with Nickelodeon star, Avan Jogia ... who she was seen with last month.
