Miley is back in LA after spending the past month in New Orleans where she was filming "So Undercover".
Pictured with brother Braison and one of Anna Olivers friends (hey, at least it's not Anna), we can also see she has a new tattoo on her back, making that her fifth one!
It is noticably bigger than her previous tattoos, but still unclear to what it is.
