Miley got into a bit of trouble whilst out in Toluca Lake yesterday. She was spotted arguing with another man. Not too sure of the reasons behind this, but she does look pretty upset, hope everything turned out okay for her.
Although she looks like she took total control of the situation.
After all, she can't be tamed.
