Miley WILL be on the cover of Harpers Bazaar after slight confusion.
Miley will be on the cover of the February 2010 issue.
This article claiming it to be fake, and Scarlett Johansson to be on the cover is from 2009.

    Really? I prefer the second one. I think it's nice to use a different look.
