Miley and her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth were seen at Phillip Island lookout near Cowes today with Liam's family including his brother. (Although according to Chris' twitter, he is in LA..Alone " I'm alone in our appartmentin California.")
Update; Could be Liams brother Luke not Chris.
Miley is believed to have arrived in Melbourne on News Year's Eve and spent a relaxing time with Liams family after finishing her Wonderworld tour. Miley was also spotted at the Pyramid Rocks Music Festival and been to a winery with Liam and his parents [Both licensed venues] and in Cowes at a coffee shop.
Miley is due back to present at the People's Choice Awards in the US on Jan. 6, although this is unconfirmed.
