Bryan Todd will be working with Miley Cyrus, but not for her new album, thats still currently in the works, they'll be working on the final Hannah Montana soundtrack for the show.
The song which Bryan Todd is composing for this new CD is called "Everything's Gonna Change" or "Everything's Changing".
