Miley, donning her extensions again, dines out with a group of friends at Mr. Chow’s in Beverly Hills on Monday night (Oct 4th).
Miley and friends then headed over to Millions Of Milkshakes.
Wonder if she bought her Mileyshake?!
I think she looks really young with her extensions back in, and sort of looks like Ke$ha!
